Awesome run by Paula - 2.13-ish. A big negative split having gone through halfway in 1.13. She relentlessly wound it up and had dropped all of her world-class rivals with several miles to go. She looks in as good shape as ever really.
I wonder what she has done to upset the BBC though? Usually they lie at her feet, and last year they gave the NY race full coverage. This year nothing, barely a mention on radio 5Live. It was however refreshing to watch the race on universalsports.com without Foster & Cram droning on.
